Morning Roll-Advanced
Very little instruction; will use steps and combinations from intermediate class to achieve 60 minutes of continuous skating for a challenging cardio workout that burns calories and builds endurance. Some new step variations may be added but will be taught while in motion so the class does not slow down. Skaters will need to “learn on the fly” or improvise their own versions of new steps to maintain constant motion.
This is an advanced class designed to be your new favorite morning workout/break from your office or sedentary routine!! Schedule your zoom meetings, extra shifts, and school pickups around it and watch that fake-smile stress just disappear…
